Creators Ideology LLC is a talent management and influencer marketing agency. We represent creators, place them with brand partners, and run creator campaigns on behalf of brands. We work with creators and brands internationally.

- Business details — your niche, industry and goals when you enquire about our services
- Creator and brand details — platform handles, audience size, performance data and campaign objectives shared during an engagement

We also collect limited technical data automatically when you visit this site, including IP address, browser type, pages visited and time on page, through standard server logs.

- With brands — when you engage us for talent management, we share relevant creator information with prospective brand partners as part of a negotiation, with your knowledge and consent
- With creators — when you engage us for a campaign, we share the relevant brief with creators on our roster
- Service providers — we use Formspree to process contact form submissions; their privacy policy governs that processing
- Legal requirements — where required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our company, our clients or others
05How long we keep it
We keep your personal information for as long as we need it to provide our services and fulfil the purposes described here. Contact form submissions are kept for up to two years.
If you ask us to delete your data we will action it within 30 days, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Request that we delete your personal information
- Withdraw consent where our processing relies on it
- Object to certain kinds of processing
